You are so right stress causes illness. You are unable to function well when you are stressing and overwhelmed. Being a single parent is stressful because I always feel I’m not doing enough. I know some people look and say well someone else is a single mother of four and doing well. But we all do not have them same path or the same make up to deal with stress but after doing these activities and what I learned in my previous class it motivates me to see other classmates responses and reading our material and getting an idea of what to do. I have a special place called a prayer closet I go to my closet to pray also to look at my vision board or read scripture that has to do with anxiety and stress. My laptop is also set up in my special place I do my work in there. And when I look on my prayer pictures of my children are there and I remember why I must go on. Thoughts?
