Foundations for a selection program
Describe a situation in which you applied for a job and did not get it. If youve never had a job rejection, describe some situation in which you applied for something and were denied. Be sure to include the following information:
What the selection process was like
If they used any instruments (tests, questionnaires, background checks, letters of reference, application blanks, etc.)
How the interview went, what kinds of questions did they ask
If you think the selection process was fair and objective
How the selection process and not being offered a job made you feel
