In May 2008 a train derailment in Lafayette, LA caused the evacuation of about 3,000 people after 10,000 gallons of hydrochloric acid were spilled from a tank car. The evacuees (including 161 nursing home residents) began to return to their homes two days later. How do you feel about the level of emergency spill response that communities, businesses, and the government are providing to our citizens at the current time? Is it adequate?
