• Cyber crime, identity theft, and cyber economic fraud have been targeting the senior citizen community in your town.
• You have been asked to design an education plan for the chief to present to the city council that addresses the victimization of seniors and includes the following:
  • Describe the fraud scheme, including the elements of the crime, victims, and penalties.
  • Describe the proposed education plan.
  • Consider how the criminals in your particular fraud target seniors.
