how might your future career lead to a life of dignity and meaning
FINANCE Analyst is my career.
1.How might your future career lead to a life of dignity and meaning? First, explain your anticipated career. Research information about your career and about others who have made it their career. Possibly interview others in the field. Explain your career to an audience who is somewhat unfamiliar with it. Next, define dignity and meaning drawing from sources you have read in this class or in other classes. Research other sources about dignity and meaning: psychological, theological, philosophical, artistic, historic, literary, or disciplinary (your discipline or field) sources. Find definitions of both terms from at least two different fields, and explain how the perspective that each field offers is relevant to you. For example, you might use the encyclical as a theological source for one of the definitions of dignity. You might explain, for example, that theological insights are important to you as a nurse of faith who often turns to scripture for support. Or you might use Victor Frankl as a psychological source for one of the definitions of “meaning.†You might explain that psychological perspective offers a way to understand struggles with absurdity and its effects on the human psyche, especially in the face of the domestic violence that you deal with as a social worker. Finally, draw conclusions about how you hope your career will lead to a life of dignity and meaning.

Several nursing students argued that providing dignity for patients would be a way to find their own dignity.
