Interview a health care leader of your choosing. Discuss topics related to leadership style and the roles and responsibilities of leadership and management.
Prepare a 1,250- to 1,500-word paper summarizing your interview and prepare to discuss your summary in class. Questions for the interview should include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Identifies how the leader sees leadership as evolving in the nursing profession today.
? Identifies what the leader sees as the most challenging issues in his/her current position.
? Identifies whether the leader has had a mentor and if so how did this impact his/her leadership style.
? Identifies advice that the leader would give to an aspiring leader.
? The paper is 1,250 to 1,500 words in length.
? The content is organized, develops a central theme or idea, is comprehensive, and flows logically.
? Paragraph transitions are present, logical, and maintain the flow throughout the paper.
? Sentences are clear, well constructed, strong, and varied.
? Major points are clear and specific examples are used
? Spelling, grammar, usage, and punctuation are accurate.
? The paper is laid out with effective use of headings, font styles, and white space.
