Kim Jong-Un Autocratic Leadership Style discussion

The textbook discusses five leadership styles: laissez-faire leader, autocrat, participative leader, transactional leader, and transformational leader, and six key leadership traits. Using this as your cover page, in a standard five paragraph essay of 375-450 words (12 pt. Times New Roman font, 1.5 spacing), select a leader of a nation, corporation, or pro-sports team, & discuss a) their leadership style (you can include life experiences which helped them develop); b) their key leadership traits with examples; and c) how this brief case study of a leader can help you (as a future leader) develop your leadership style/skills. Be creative, but make sure you adhere to the format, and that you answer prompts a-c. Students will submit an E-Copy on BB by 10pm, 3/14/2019.
