This week you are examining diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Workforce diversity is a significant and important topic in leadership discussions. Having watched Helen Turnbull’s presentation on inclusion and exclusion, please discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion. To what extent do you believe your organization or team values diversity and inclusion? What does your organization or team do to ensure integrative efforts are being made to include a diverse group of individuals? As a leader, what is your take on the importance of diversity and how can you work to effectively engage diverse groups of individuals in your organization or team? You can write about anything you wish, but please take the time to produce something insightful and that is approximately 300-500 words in length.
