legal case problem
This assignment is about a legal problem and it worths 40% of the final grade. The answer must be very specific to the Australian business law and done using the IRAC method as described in the attached file “Suggestions for how to answer legal problem questions” which includes an example of the required structure for this assignment. A referencing guide file is also included in the attachment and it’s very important to use the instructions or “format” depending on each of the sources used. Sources used have to be from a relevant section or sub-section of a piece of legislation, a relevant case, and a reference from the textbook, however, any other sources are not required. a work cited list is not required, so only in-text citations are required. A pdf copy of the textbook is attached.
