making a database ldf mdf and database diagrams using mysql
Contents of submission:
- DD (data type, constraints)
- Database Diagram
- Tables, Views, Stored Procedures
- 2 Table level Triggers of your choice
Required Items: Tables
- You must have at least one Check, Default, Calculated Column.
- Each table must have PK index set to non-clustered.
- Each table must have a clustered index.
- You must have at least 20 Customers, 50 Orders with multiple products per order, 50 Employees with at least 10 of each type.
- You must have at least 10 different products, 5 different suppliers.
Required Items: Views
- You must have at least 3 views, 1 must be indexed
- You must use ‘as’ to set labels for the columns in your result sets
- View 1: List of Employees full names and their type, grouped by type.
- View 2: All Sales Reps full names, commissions earned and rate, grouped by Customer and sorted by Orders.
- View 3: Highest, Lowest, and Average Product revenue.
Required Items: Stored Procedures
- 4 sprocs, 1 with at least 2 parameters.
- Sproc 1: Customer full name and mailing address concatenated, @customer
- Sproc 2: List of Product names, back order status, price, discount rate, discounted price, @product
- Sproc 3: List of Employees by full name, Type, total compensation, @type
- Sproc 4: List of all Customer names, Employee names, and assigned Events in the past month, @customer, @employee.
Additional Requirements: Logic checks
- You must demonstrate each view and each sproc logic checked.
- For example, if your query is time bound, then it should be logic checked against the same query not time bound. If your query is an inner join, then it should be logic checked against the same query with an outer join (left, right, full).
Delivery:
- Data dictionary detailing column labels, data types, defaults, rules, checks, index, identity, unique.
- Database diagram demonstrating connections (PK-FK) between tables.
- Upload DBDD, MDF, LDF files.
