Respond to one of the following questions using the lessons and vocabulary found in the readings.
Compare and contrast each of the five organizational structures from your reading (functional, divisional, matrix, team-based, and virtual network).
Compare the organizational structures of Google and Wal-Mart.
Explain what types of control processes might be found in each of the five organizational structures.
Describe what types of quality management processes might be found in each of the organizational structures.
The final paragraph (three or four sentences) of your initial post should summarize the one or two key points that you are making in your initial response. In essence, from your research and initial post what can we learn about structure and control?
