This week you will pretend to be a clinician working at the local STD clinic. For this assignment, you will present a case study of one of your ‘patients’. For this discussion board, you will post a presentation of at least 7-10 slides presenting your ‘case study’ to the class. Have fun with this!
Here are the specific directions for the Module this week:
1). Research a specific pathogen involved in causing a sexually transmitted disease. A number of good scientific references can be used, including:

the steps you, as the clinician, took to determine the specific cause of the
infection. This may include: smears, Gram stain, cultures, etc. Be very specific in
describing the steps you would take to diagnose the infection and what the expected
result of each would be.
