Jessica’s free time is limited as she splits her life between work, school, and family. As working parents, Jessica and her spouse do all that they can to care for their child’s restrictive diet. They’ve found that this has become increasingly difficult when they have to send her to daycare and cannot keep a close eye on her.
Jessica has become frustrated with finding proper allergen free foods for her daughter. Many recipes replace one allergy, like dairy, with a nut milk which is not possible for her daughter to eat and so on. When she has free time, Jessica searches the web for several renditions of the same recipe in order to create her own version that works for her kid. While this works, it is time consuming and tiring.
Jessica and her spouse will never stop working to meet their child’s needs, but Jessica especially wishes for an easier process so she could spend more free time enjoying her family and cooking for fun.
