o for this assignment it is basically a case study. I have to choose a company that I aspire to work for and find a recent story about them. Then I must analyze and write a case study on them given the criteria on How to write a case document that will be included in the files. Please follow what it says on that document to write the case study. All the information must be explicit in the sense that if we are using a tool such as porters five forces, shared value, stakeholders theory, etc we must state that it used as an analysis tool (this will also be stated in the How to write a case document). There will be a word document titled Itinerary to use for citations, this is basically a document that provides you with articles and youtube videos that should be used to connect the tool you are using to the article itself. What I mean is that the articles, stories, and youtube videos are all under different topics that we discussed in the course.
As you will encounter in the document “How to write a case” we must use different tools which we have learned in class. All these topics are basically a tool we used such as shared value, porter five forces, etc. I would like to integrate some of those readings with the tools that are used. When using these tools please include them in an appendix as they are vital for the success of the assignment. If you can use porters five forces then you must put it in the appendix and show how you used it and give a visual. Please when you are writing the case study look at the Midterm rubric document, there you will find what is required for me to obtain an A and the criteria. PLEASE LOOK AT IT AS IT IS VITAL, as you may encounter in that file, under “Quality of Appendices” you will notice that I must use appendices or else my mark will be out of 95 instead of 100. So, we must use appendices in the assignment as well as citation which you may get in the Itinerary.
In addition, I have provided 2 other documents entitled Loblaws example and Netflix assignment 2.
Both these assignments are in essence the same thing that you are writing for this assignment. The Loblaws assignment was a 2% practice assignment which was 1 page to help us get ready for the 6 page 10% Netflix assignment. In both these assignments I obtained a grade out of 100 and the professor made comments on things we must correct in the assignment and the feedback. I need you to look at the feedback and the grade to prevent any of these mistakes from happening again. For example in the Netflix assignment I was basically writing the case study in the first person, which I cannot do. In addition, I had no appendix, which I must have. I strongly urge you to go through it. You will see she said I could have used porters 5 forces in the appendix, not all but maybe 2. That is something they are looking for. So please! Please! Go through ALL the documents and provide citations, appendix, clear outline of tools and recommendations as well as alternatives, and look at professors comments on the other assignments to prevent the mistake from happening again.
Lastly, please look at the “Look at this first” document and read it all to capture the instructions and where to find the article. Please read through it all. I know i wrote 4 sources but realistically it doesnt have to be 4 as long as there are relevant and some sources cited.
