Background Information
Welcome to the last discussion. In this course you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 300 words.

When this morningâ€
s incident was reported to Cindy, she was incredulous. “If this continues,†Alan Stone ranted to Cindy, “weâ€ll never see a repeat customer. The local community will be gone and weâ€ll be no better than the old Georges Grill, depending on hotel guests looking, for a quick, cheap breakfast.â€
Cindy had previously met with David Chang, general manager of the restaurant, so she knew there were issues with integration of new and existing staff, but she hadnâ€t expected it to be this bad. The staffâ€s behavior had to change. “Calm down, Alan,†said Cindy. “Iâ€ll meet with David this afternoon, and weâ€ll get it taken care of.â€
