Prior to beginning work on this discussion, read Chapters 4, 5, and 6 in your text book. Describe what a project scope consists of and include at least three components that go into a project scope. Explain the benefits of a clear project scope and its impact on project success. Explain the importance of a unified understanding of the project scope by both the sponsor and the project team and its effect on project success. Support your position with citations from either the text or the PMBOK® Guide (PMI, 2017) and one additional scholarly, peer-reviewed, or credible source.
