You should first read the case study very well and then please review and revise the attached file based on the attached case study. Below is the tasks that it should be answered.

or this case study complete the following tasks (no more than 5 pages):

Task 1: Design an executive summary for the case highlighting all the critical points of the case. Your executive summary should be less than 250 words. (the current one is 269, please make it 250 word)

Task 2: Describe in details the main problem in the case. Describe the marketing related issue(s) facing the company presented in the case. Give examples from the case to support your identification of the issues. (start with a new page for task 2) (read the answers for this task very well and amend if needed)

Task 3: Design the following for the company in the case study (you need to revise the answers of this tasks)

  • Mission of the company
  • Vision of the company
  • Core Values of the company (go to the powerpoint slides to know the values of the company)
  • Customer value proposition statement for the company (you may go to the slides or google it to understand how to answer this)

Task 4: Imagine yourself as a consultant to the company in the case, design a comprehensive solution to resolve this brand related issue, explain your solution using examples from the case, examples from real-life, and the academic theory discussed in class (you should read the PowerPoint slides in order to use the academic theory).

Note: You need to revise the answers of task#4 because it’s messed up and the answers are not clear and it’s not as required.
