Regarding Organization design and the star model – and then more specifically the rewards.
Use the table below to identify how you might design the rewards point of the star to support the other four star points. Consider whether you would use merit pay, incentive pay, skill-based pay, pay for team performance, and/or pay for organizational performance. Would you grant bonuses, profit-sharing, stock ownership, or a mix of these? What potential problems can you identify with your reward approach?
You will re-create the table found on page 212 in a Word document and then complete the second and third columns based on your reward system choices and thinking about unintended consequences. I would expect you to be able to justify your choices based on your readings.
