Write a 3 page paper that contrasts and compares the risk assessment strategies of two of the five local and/or federal emergency management plans. In your paper, include the following main points:
Plan threat assessments
Plan vulnerability assessments
Plan consequence assessments
Each of the three main points can be contrasted and compared using geographic and asset based criteria that should distinguish each plan as well as identify similarities. Also in your paper, discuss some of the prime factors that influence the differences and similarities.
Please note: This Assignment will require outside research. Use at least two credible sources beyond the text material and discuss how you evaluated the credibility of the resources used.
Also include an abstract.
