This week we cover Chapter 2 “Solving Problems with Statistical Analysis Tools” where we will work with Manufacturing example (evaluating Quality Control Data to Perform a Cost-Benefit Analysis.”
Use the Chapter # 2 – Videos presentation to see the videos if you prefer.
We will cover Levels 1 and 2 only.

The Assignment has three parts
Part A:
Read the Chapter Introduction and Case Scenario on page s 79-80. Read this page very carefully. It is important that you clearly understand what the Chapter material is all about – otherwise you will just be putting numbers in cells.
Part B:
1. Study (LEARN) the material covered in Level 1 (pages 80-100) Use Statistical Functions to compare Data Values – Understanding the fundamentals of Statistics. The CH02 Level 1 Figures.xlsx file in Lectures (Student Data Files Chapter Two) replicates all the Figures in this section so you can easily follow along with the textbook discussions.
2. PRACTICE what you learned by completing the Steps to Success: Level 1 exercise starting on page 101. The starting workbook: Binding1.xlxs needs to be downloaded from Lectures – (Student Data Files Chapter 2).
The result file Name should be 3-1-QC Binding Data Analysis 1.xlsx
