Synthesis Paper Assignment: Discussion Section Description

Synthesis Paper Assignment: Discussion Section Description: (please make any and all corrections that are needed based on your professor’s comments from the last submission).

Prepare the Discussion section of your paper. Submit the entire document. However only the discussion section will be graded in this module. The discussion section should contain two to five paragraphs and should be a discussion of how the literature review impacts your topic. Go back to your thesis statement and be sure to clearly apply your literature review to your thesis statement. This is where you might choose to add practice examples.

Professor remarks for annotated bibliography

The entire paragraph should be indented .5 inches. For journal references, the title of the journal should be in italics. References need to be in alphabetical order.

Abstract

Cause and Effects of Heart Diseases

Heart diseases are among the illness that constitutes a lot of death cases that might be reported daily. In the last three years, research from the World Health Organization shows that around 300000 people died from heart diseases a previous year. Thus, after attending the class that had a discussion about heart diseases, it motivated me to learn more about heart diseases. Could you ever imagine the number of people in the entire world who are willing to know the causes of heart diseases so that they can take caution on what to do and what to avoid? Therefore, this forms another aspect of motivation to carry out the study as it would help the individuals in society and my career as I would be able to become a professional doctor. Among the many causes of heart disease is the lifestyle an individual has, for example, engagement in smoking, having an unhealthy diet, and many more. Lamentably, there is an increase in the number of deaths from heart disease, and unawareness of the causes of heart disease, it would be necessary to study the causes and effects of heart disease. This is crucial because the health of a person promotes his or her well-being.

Literature Review

Each day new cases form a number of countries that are reported to the WHO, indicating that the figure of people who die from heart diseases and the increased level of unawareness of the causes of heart diseases. Therefore, it is essential to explore the effects brought out by heart diseases and what leads to the contraction of heart diseases. These results are attained from various scholars who have analyzed the causes and consequences of heart disease for a better understanding of the public. The analysis from the scholarly articles would help develop an excellent paper that would create awareness of the causes as well as the effects of heart disease.

In the past, there has been a decrease in population due to death cases from heart diseases. An example of this is the United States that leads to the experience of deaths from heart diseases. Coles & amp; Mensah, 2017, engage in giving out the ways in showing how the government can be involved in creating awareness about the disease as these lead to the decrease in the death cases. Most citizens in every country are concerned about their health, and they would wish to do anything so that they can avoid heart diseases (Coles & amp; Mensah, 2017). The outbreak of heart diseases may be caused by the daily activities that individuals engage in that are not suitable for their health. Some of these activities are involved in smoking cigarettes or tobacco consumption. Coles & amp; Mensah, 2017 use the age factor to show the probability of contracting heart diseases.

The increased cases of death due to heart diseases are due to a lack of information about the disease. The reports from the interview carried out by the American Heart Association show that around 18 percent of people in the country are mindful of both the causes as well as the effects of heart diseases (Virani et al., 2020). In contrast, the remaining percent lack of information about heart diseases. However the origins of heart diseases are related to the vascular factors that are responsible for stroke in people. Therefore, they impact someone’s life, as most people feel like they are not going to live long enough to achieve their goals. In avoidance of such cases, the government is expected to use healthcare professionals who would help in advising the individuals on what to do as far as heart diseases are concerned (Virani et al., 2020).

Public opinion is essential in ensuring the cases related to heart diseases are well tackled. The daily activities that an individual engages in would be crucial in determining how the individual can reduce the chances of contracting heart diseases. An example of this is from Anderson et al.’s 2016 article, where their research is based on exercise-based CR, leading to a reduction in cardiovascular mortality. Thus, from the report, we can see that exercise-based CR is responsible for the maintenance of quality life and health. The results would help to conclude that the daily exercises are essential to ensure that the rate at which an individual contracts any heart disease is low. The necessity of training helps in providing that an individual does not contract heart diseases as lack of exercise might lead to contraction of heart diseases (Anderson et al. 2016).

The causes of heart disease can be analyzed from a specific perspective, and the general health of a person. Chest pains and anxiety would automatically lead to the contraction of Coronary heart disease (Heer et al., 2020). This is because the maintenance of a positive result from such implications is unable to ensure that a person’s health is maintained. Besides, there are different beliefs that heart diseases may be an offspring problem whereby people from the same lineage may have a problem. When people are aware of such issues, they should take caution on such beliefs and consider undertaking the practices that would help in preventing heart disease. De Heer et al., 2020, shows how chest pains and anxiety would lead to contraction of heart diseases basing on the substantial baseline for heart diseases.

The buildup in plaque on the artery walls thickens it leading to the development of problems related to heart diseases. Therefore, the body cells might be formed, and the formation of the atherosclerotic plaque would make a specific contract heart disease (Tabas, 2016). The blood flow proves this through the arteries whereby if they fail to work, an individual might have some difficulties in breathing, and thus, it integrates with atherosclerotic to cause cardiovascular diseases.

Congenital heart defects may be caused some time by not having a healthy diet. An unhealthy diet may easily form the contraction of heart disease because, in the build of food, there is no creation of enough blood that would flow through the arteries, in the end, resulting in contraction of heart diseases (Zaidi & Brueckner, 2017). At birth, it is challenging to realize congenital severe heart defects until an individual grows up to adulthood (Zaidi & Brueckner, 2017). Therefore, the main point derived from these causes is that healthcare professions and people should work together to at least reduce heart disease cases.

The article focus on showing the burden that the heart, lung, and blood diseases have caused to the United States. The authors were able to spot the number of deaths that occurred from the cases related to heart diseases. Therefore, this allowed them to offer directions on how the government could ensure steward leadership and introduce research programs that would help reduce the cases related to heart disease. The research conducted and data provided by the authors, it is clear that heart diseases are the leading cause of deaths in the United States. The explanation of age-standardized rates also shows the reasons and activities that people engage in and leads to heart disease. Therefore, in the end, the rate at which people die per a specific age bracket becomes high. This makes the population of the country also to decrease as many people die. The…
