Prepare a plan for a community program that aligns with qualities that were highlighted in Part 1 and 2. Show how socialization can be used to promote positive behavior in children and increase resilience.

Your paper should include a minimum of three academic peer-reviewed journal articles in addition to your textbook. Please read Chapter 3 of your text, Resilience in Children, Families, and Communities. This chapter discusses disruptive behaviors and how these can be a type of resilience. In addition, you will learn that increased socialization can be helpful in creating successful outcomes for children. Finally, you will learn how community organizations can develop programs that will address socialization needs and promote resilience.
