For the purpose of this assignment, imagine that you are employed as a compensation specialist by an organization. You have been asked by your human resources (HR) director to develop a PowerPoint presentation for your corporation’s board of directors in which you will propose a compensation survey that will help to determine the organizations pay structure.
In your presentation, you should explain to the board why a compensation survey is needed, how it will be conducted, and how it will help determine a pay structure of your choice for the organization.
Your presentation should consist of at least 10 slides, not counting the title slide and reference slide(s). Be sure to cite and reference any sources used, including your textbook, using APA formatting.
