Understanding Labor Relations and the significance of studying it in human resource management degree majors.
After reading Chapter 1 explain what the terms “collective bargaining agreement (CBA)” and “contract” generally refer to in labor relations? Include the role of unions in your response. Choose three U.S. Employees Rights laws that you believe have the most impact on employers and discuss how it each law benefit employees.
Your initial post should be 200 – 300 words and submit a response to at least two of your classmates using 100 – 200 words. Use at least on biblical perspective in your comments and be respectful when responding to any disagreements with your peers.
