On page number 349 and 350 in your book complete Lab 11.1 part one and part two, Cardiovascular Health. After doing so discuss your scores (if you would like). Were you surprised by your scores? Were you satisfied with your answers? What changes may you have to make in your life? And how does a hostile attitude affect CVD? You can answer all or some of the questions above.
