1 Start Word and display a blank document; display formatting marks and rulers. Save the document in your Word Chapter 2 folder as Lastname_Firstname_2E_Job_Listings and then add the file name to the footer. 2 Type Florida Port Community College Career Center and press

In the Author box, be sure your name is indicated and edit if necessary. 10 On the left, click Print to display Print Preview. If necessary, return to the document and make any necessary changes. Save your document, and then if you want to do so, present your document online to a fellow classmate. If directed by your instructor to do so, submit your paper printout, your electronic image of your document that looks like a printed document, or your original Word file. Close Word.
