Introduction and Alignment
With the final draft, you will incorporate all of the revisions you have made to prior drafts as the result of your additional research, proof-reading, and comments from you instructor. It is important that you graduate from the MS-HRM program with a high sense of pride in your accomplishments through all of your coursework, and especially in the culmination of your graduate studies in human resource management with the Applied HR Management Capstone Project.
Upon completion of this assignment, you should be able to:
- Analyze internal and external business environments and formulate relevant strategies and solutions.
- Formulate a strategic or tactical plan as appropriate.
- Apply appropriate innovative and creative solutions to problem solving or idea implementation.
- Apply biblical and ethical standards to business decisions and solutions.
- Demonstrate critical thinking in solving the problems or proposing the ideas in the final project comprising design of a change and/or implementation plan.
