You are creating a prototype web page for a small company specializing in abaci (plural of abacus–look it up if you don’t know what these are.) Create a simple page in which the user can indicate the quantity of abaci they would like to order. At the top of your page, display the name of your business (e.g. Bob’s Abaci!), your business’ slogan (e.g. “we’re counting on your business”), and an image.1 Display your business’s name using h1 and your slogan using h2. Remember, all presentation instructions go into CSS. On the page, create a very simple order form with the following fields:2 • Customer’s first name: textbox • Customer’s last name: textbox • Customer’s e-mail address: textbox • Number of abaci wanted: option box with numbers 1 to 10 (since we’ve seen option boxes now) • OPTIONAL:3 Would you like to join our mailing list: option box with yes or no Above the form, show a picture of an abacus and list the price as $15 each. You can add other descriptive text if you like. Create a button that says: “Submit my Order!”. Note: When creating a button, do NOT use to create the button. The type=”submit” attribute can be problematic. Instead, use . Do this throughout the course. It will look something like my screen capture below (depending on the CSS styling you create). You do not have to replicate my colors or my header design. Create your own!
