2023 Nursing Patient Teaching Brochure

Each student will develop a patient teaching brochure for a patient the student has cared for in the clinical 2023

Each student will develop a patient teaching brochure for a patient the student has cared for in the clinical setting or an experience you had with a patient in the past. The patient teaching content should be based upon evidence but also include the considerations included in the patient teaching module related to culture, age, and reading level. You will write the information on the discussion board and attach the brochure to it.

The assignment will be evaluated based upon the following criteria:

  • Cultural considerations
  • Age considerations & accommodations
  • Reading level calculations & considerations
  • Effective use of technology and creativity
  • Logical presentation and organization

We give our students 100% satisfaction with their assignments, which is one of the most important reasons students prefer us to other helpers. Our professional group and planners have more than ten years of rich experience. The only reason is that we successfully helped over 100000 students with their assignments on our inception days. Our expert group has more than 2200 professionals in different topics, and that is not all; we get more than 300 jobs every day more than 90% of the assignment get the conversion for payment.

2023 Nursing comment from post 4

According to Cherry 2016 Simple random sampling is a subset of individuals that are randomly selected from a population 2023

According to Cherry(2016) Simple random sampling is “a subset of individuals that
are randomly selected from a population of interest”.  In addition, it is the basic

sampling technique where we select a group of subjects (a sample) for study from a

larger group (a population). Each individual is chosen entirely by chance and each

member of the population has an equal chance of being included in the sample. A

sample is a smaller subset drawn from that larger population. Because the sample is

random, every single member of the group stands an equal chance of being selected to

be in the sample.

Why is random sampling important?

Random sampling is important because it helps cancel out the effects of unobserved

factors.

Example

If you want to calculate the average height of people in a city and do your sampling in

an elementary school, you are not going to get a good estimate. This is because the

heights are conditional on a certain value of the unobserved factor “age”. So you do

not have the unconditional mean. To make sure that specific levels of the hundreds of

unobserved factors, like age, ethnicity, nutrition, gender, air quality, etc. are not

conditionalizing your measurement of height, you have to make sure that your sample

is collected in a way that on average, different levels of unobserved factors are

represented. As a result, your measurements are not conditional on any specific level

of any specific unobserved variable. The best way to do this is to use a random sample.

Problem/Prevention (Horton, 2015)

1.    Time- needed to gather the full list of a specific population

2.    Capital- necessary to retrieve and contact that list

3.    Bias- that could occur when the sample set is not large enough to adequately

represent the full population.

I would suggest to raise money from businesses and organizations that the research

would affect to help conduct the study.  In addition, I would make sure to set a

schedule and calendar that is conducive to the members in the research, conducting

the research, and organizing the data.  In this way the planning and completion is

effective.  Lastly, I would make sure that all areas of a population are even and

selected so that the set is large enough to represent a full population.

1.    What are the legal uses of the health record?

2.    Are the entries made in the health record ordinarily subject to cross-examination? Why or why not?

3.    What questions are typically presented to the custodian of records in order to introduce a health record into evidence?

4.    What legal processes may be used to remove the health record from the health-care provider’s safekeeping?

5.    Should the health information manager assume that each subpoena presented requires the release of the information requested? Why or why not?

6.    How should the health information manager handle an invalid subpoena duces tecum?

Part 2:  Answer the question below and respond to at least one other learner.

The visual learner statistics includes five types of sampling which are as follows Cluster sampling Simple random sampling Stratified sampling 2023

The visual learner statistics includes five types of sampling which are as follows: Cluster sampling, Simple random sampling, Stratified sampling, Systematic sampling and Convenience sampling.

Cluster Sampling: It is used by dividing out the samples into groups. For example sort out in a city the actual number of kids, elderly and newborns.

Simple Sampling: this alllows for a greater chance of everyone to have the same chance of being selected. Fo example drawing balls from a pumpkin.

Stratified Sampling: methodical method used to choose or place samples. its like beeing in a meeting and choose members to divide in groups.

Systemic sampling: gives more of a pattern of how the sampling will be excecuted. For  example  every second cousin of a family should get an invitation.

Convenience sampling:subjects are selected off convenience. Like the kids are allowed to choose which movie to watch instaed of the whole family choosing.

Anyone performing the study should find all the sampling interesting
