Class, I liked it when you said, “… i also have learned about how you are to analyze use of time, prioritize activities and create a plan for your time because some of our activities can be overwhelming and can cause you to procrastinate and using these methods will keep you ahead of the game.” This is important. If we are over distracted, we are more likely to make mistakes or experience anxiety. Sorting out the clutter one thing at a time can improve focus or concentration. Breathing exercises, positive self-talk, and even Yoga can also help you to improve these areas. Thoughts?
