The first article was written right after the findings became public. The second article was written a few months later and outlined the impact the study had on the city. The original report was written by several members of the SDSU Criminal Justice Department and as with any study of a controversial topic, there is disagreement in regards to their findings. I’ve attached the full report from Prof. Chanin for your review. What do you think of the findings? Are the criticisms mentioned in the newspaper article fair?
