- Why is it important for the school leader to review data related to the effectiveness of educational initiatives that emphasize the use of evidence-based instructional design models to assess and instruct students with diverse learning needs?
- What special attention should be given to the inclusion of traditionally underrepresented learner populations, such as special education, English language learners, economically disadvantaged, and different ethnicities?
- Why is it important for leaders to lead and not simply manage when seeking to provide equitable opportunities for diverse learners?
