Please respond to the following post with a long paragraph with your post.

hold in order to be a strong leader. Using one’s power to not put down others abilities, but instead to create a team where each individual feels appreciated and useful. Using power in a positive way in order to create a strong unit below can be done in numerous ways. A strong leader may advocate for a common goal as the people below them. With strong leadership comes the task of getting everyone below on board with the constant changes and improvements that they wish to make.

In the medical field this is extremely important in order to provide the best care to the patients. Cleveland Clinic Health system is composed of many subsystems which all have their own leaders. Together they come together and use the “patients-first” model to create a common goal in order to advocate for their patients and also create an atmosphere of being on the same page across the board of employees (Small & Small, 2011). This demonstrates how a system can work under leaders who use their power positively to get the goal known throughout the organization. A team who are focused on a common ground of goals and expectations can be effective in leading a group. Although there may be many different roles below a leader, the leader must be authentic in communication and reaching each set of disciplines. The outcome of this is to achieve these goals and demonstrate positive patient outcomes and should work in a higher performance (Morgan, Tilin, Weiss, 2014).
